Here’s how it works:

EARN ADDITIONAL MONEY

Send us a client who signs up with Central Cal Management, Inc. for one year of property management services and receive a referral fee of $500 ($250 if property is <4 Units). Have a client who doesn’t wish to contract with us for property management services but is looking to have a tenant placed within a property, refer them to Central Cal Management, Inc. and receive a $250 referral fee. ($150 if the monthly rent is under $1000)

KEEP YOUR CLIENTS

Since Central Cal Management, Inc.’s primary focus is property management, we will notify you if and when the property owner informs us that they wish to buy or sell more property. We will respect and protect your real estate business. You won’t have to worry about your clients being lost to Central Cal Management, Inc.

*Referral fee is paid to the Real Estate Broker of record and fully disclosed to the property owner to meet RESPA requirements. Referral fee is paid out upon the execution of property management contract and after the first month’s rent(s) is collected. Referral fees on tenant placement is paid out upon the tenant making their first month’s rent. This offer can not be combined with any other promotions.
