Meet the Team

Bernadette Iturriria

Bernadette Iturriria is the Office Manager for Central Cal Management, Inc. Prior to working for Central Cal Management, Inc. Bernadette spent three years working for the San Diego Unified School District as a Special Education Aide.

Before her tenure at the San Diego Unified School District, Bernadette spent seven years working at San Diego National Bank and Pomona First Federal. Bernadette served in the roles of Teller and Customer Service Supervisor, where she oversaw the daily activities of the branch and its associates.

Bernadette is a graduate of Ontario High School. Bernadette is the proud mother of three daughters and has been happily married to her husband Ted since 2004.

Bernadette holds her California Department of Real Estate Sales License (DRE #02098489)

Kathie Goyeneche is a co-founder and co-owner of Central Cal Management, Inc.. Prior to working for Central Cal Management, Inc., Kathie spent five years as the Accounting Manager for Anthesis, a non-profit organization based in Montclair, CA, which specializes in helping people with disabilities live and work to their fullest potential.

In addition to Kathie’s tenure at Anthesis, Kathie spent 12 years at Edward S. Babcock & Sons, an environmental testing lab serving as its Assistant Controller.

Kathie has over 30 years of accomplished experience in the field of accounting and has a thorough knowledge of Accounting policies and procedures.

Kathie is a graduate of the University of Redlands where she obtained her BS in Business and Management.

Raymond Goyeneche is a co-founder and co-owner of Central Cal Management, Inc.

Prior to starting Central Cal Management, Inc., Raymond was a partner in Mission Real Estate and Property Management, Inc. for five years where he specialized in the management of multi-unit and commercial property properties.

In addition to Raymond’s tenure at Mission Real Estate and Property Management, Inc., Raymond worked for a local construction company that was a Fannie Mae preferred vendor. During Raymond’s five-year stint there, he oversaw the estimation and renovation of distressed properties.

Raymond is a graduate of Ontario High School. Raymond is the proud father of two sons and has been happily married to his wife Julia since 2007.
